Neaylon Headed for Grand Canyon U

Kirkland Lake GoldMiners center Cameron Neaylon, has announced his commitment to play next season at Grand Canyon University, in Phoenix, Arizona. The GCU Antelopes will begin their 2nd season competing in the ACHA D-1 ranks under Head Coach Dan Roy.

Neaylon, a 20 yr old centerman, from Newark, California, put up 33 points in 48 games for the young GoldMiners last season, adding some grittiness in picking up 40 pims.

Neaylon is thankful for the support of family, friends, coaches and teammates along the way. Cam also thanks his billets and fans for their continued support and Coach Smart for his efforts “ in helping me better understand how I need to play to be successful.”

At Grand Canyon University, Cam will join another former GoldMiner, Declan Carter.
