The Kirkland Lake Goldminers have acquired 20 yr old defenceman Jonah DesRosiers from the Kam River Fighting Walleye of the Superior International Jr. Hockey League.
The 6’1” 190 right shot defenseman from Canmore, Alberta, scored 3 goals and added 8 asists for the SIJHL regular season champs.
Coach Kyle Smart says “Jonah brings his veteran leadership to the group, we’ll have a couple of young dmen that can watch how Jonah conducts himself”.
