GoldMiners Coach & GM Trevor Ritchie continues to tinker with his roster prior to the season opener, signing defenseman Drew Tait-Reaume. The 20 year old 6’1″ 205 lb rearguard from Norway House, Manitoba, joins the club after spending last season in the USPHL premier division.
Coach Ritchie says,” Drew is a hard-nosed veteran dman, who loves doling out punishing hits to opposing forwards.” Ritchie adds ” Drew brings offence from the backend too, scoring 9 times in 25 games” with DME Hockey Academy.
Drew Tait-Reaume and his GoldMiners teammates open the 2019-20 season Sunday afternoon at 4:00 hosting Powassan Voodoos.
