Meet the Newest GoldMiners

Kirkland Lake GoldMiners fans would have noticed a couple of new additions to the lineup that faced Hearst, on Sunday.

Defenceman Jacob Boucha #10, made his NOJHL debut last Friday night in Timmins. The 20 year old, 6’2″ 200, from Northville, Michigan, will bring a physical presence to our back end. Boucha is a junior hockey vet, having played in the Quebec Jr AAA league, NCJHL, CCHL and CCHL2.

Forward Zach Frescura #14, an 18 yr old winger from Brownstown, Michigan, made his NOJHL debut, last Sunday against Hearst. The 5’11”, 175, left shooting winger joins us from the Leamington Flyers of the GOJHL, Zach also spent time with Kemptville 73’s of the CCHL, after graduating from the highly regarded Belle Tire U18 program in Michigan.
