Kirkland Lake GoldMiners Coach & GM Trevor Ritchie continues to add to his roster for the 2019-20 season, today adding forward Justin Cox to the group.
Cox, a 5’10” 185 lb, ’01 born, 18 year old hails from Iqaluit, Nunavut, played for the Ontario Hockey Academy Gold Squad last season in the Eastern Ontario Midget AAA League, where he scored , at a point per game pace.
The right shooting forward is ” strong on his skates, takes the puck to the net and competes hard”, according to our scouts. Justin and the rest of the squad gather for training camp shortly, with the first on ice session, August 18th, 3:30 at the Complex.
