Kirkland Lake GoldMiners Coach & General Manager Trevor Ritchie has added a highly skilled offensive forward to the group, signing 17 yr old Ryan Hunter. Hunter, from Brampton, played in the CCHL 2 last season, his rookie junior hockey season, with the Brockville Tikis, and put 42 points on the board in 44 games.
The 5’10” 160lb Hunter scored 19 times last season, and is a dynamo on the powerplay scoring 16 pts on the PP last season. Coach Ritchie expects the left shooting Hunter “to be one of our offensive leaders.”
