SUDBURY, Ont. – The Northern Ontario Junior Hockey League announced Friday its East Division semifinal schedule between the No. 2 divisional seed Cochrane Crunch and No. 3 Kirkland Lake Gold Miners.
Action in this best-of-seven match-up will commence Friday, March 16 at 7:30 p.m. at Tim Horton Event Centre in Cochrane.
The Crunch will also host Game 2 on Saturday, March 17 and features another 7:30 p.m. start.
From there the series will shift to the Joe Mavrinac Community Complex in Kirkland Lake for Games 3 & 4 on Thursday, March 22 at 7:30 p.m. and Saturday, March 24 at 7 p.m.
If necessary, Game 5 is slated for Sunday, March 25 in Cochrane at 7 p.m. while a Game 6, if required, would be held on Tuesday, March 27 at 7:30 p.m. in Kirkland Lake.
Should the series go the distance, Game 7 is scheduled for 7 p.m. on Wednesday, March 28 at the THEC in Cochrane.
