The planning for 2018-19 continues as Coach Ryan Wood shapes his roster.
Coach & GM Ryan Wood is pleased to announce a pair of forwards joining the club. Cochrane born, Nick Belisle, a 5’10” forward joins us from the Kapuskasing Flyers AAA Midget club, of the Great North Midget League. Last season with the Flyers, Nick put 19 pts on the board in 34 games. Coach Wood, says, “Nick is a hard working young winger, that performed well at the Summer Showcases, and should fit in nicely with the group”.
As well, Kyle Kuznik, a 17 yr old forward, from Orillia has been signed by Coach Wood, the 2001 born Kuznik spent last season with the North Central Predators AAA Midgets, where an injury-marred season limited his production, but Coach Wood says, “Kyle played for our Gold Hockey Development summer team, showed he is healthy again and was a standout at the Showcases.”
