It’s Hockey Day in Canada on Saturday, but we play Friday night, so, it’s Hockey Night in Kirkland Lake! We’ve got a couple of fun things going on this Friday night at the Complex, when the high-flying Cochrane Crunch come to town for a 7:30 start.
It’s ‘Wear a Jersey, Win a Jersey night’, as we have a signed Taylor Hall Edmonton Oiler practice jersey.
Everyone in attendance wearing a jersey, any jersey, gets a ballot, and someone is going home with that Taylor Hall jersey! Big shoutout to Travel with Blaine for the jersey donation!
We are also having a ‘Fastest Shot’ competition Friday night in the Blueline Room starting at 7. Free & Open to boys & girls 6-14, register in the Blueline Room at 7.
Categories will be boys 6-10 & 11-14 and girls 6-10 & 11-14, with prizes for the top shooters in each category. Prizes compliments of Giant Tiger & KL OPP. Another big shoutout to Sandro Cave, of the KL OPP for running the Radar Gun for us!
