Grozelle is NCAA Bound!

Jackson Grozelle is proud to announce his commitment to King’s College, in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. The 20 year old Deep River born defenceman, will join the Monarchs D-III hockey program for the 21-22 school year.

 

The 6’1” 200 left shooting physical dman spent last season with the Kirkland Lake GoldMiners, then when their season was cut short, due to Covid considerations, Grozelle finished up with the Cochrane Crunch.

Grozelle joins a Monarchs squad, who also sat out last season, due to Covid, led by Head Coach Tom Seravalli. The Middle Atlantic Conference team also features former KL defenceman Nick Richards.

Grozelle, acknowledged family, coaches, teammates and friends who’ve all had a part in his success to this point, and is thankful for his time in the NOJHL, with Kirkland Lake, Elliot Lake and Cochrane, all playing a role in helping him achieve his goal of reaching the NCAA.
