Goldminers Make Moves

As they prepare for the start of another NOJHL seson, the Goldminers continue to tinker with the roster.

Sam Demauro has returned to the club, for his final Jr hockey season, the 20 yr old from Laval, Quebec, is expected to be one of the leaders on this years squad.

As well, the club has signed former New Liskeard Cub and Kirkland Laker, Nolan Rosko-Fong, who is recovering from a broken ankle suffered at a summer hockey Tournament. The 04 born Rosko-Fong should be back on the practice ice shortly.

And the club has dealt defenseman Christian Shields to the Cochrane Crunch, for a pdf.

The Goldminers open the season with a home & home, Friday night in Timmins, then the Rock come to the Complex, Saturday night at 7pm.
