Coach & GM Ryan Wood, is pleased to announce Doug Bolger will again be part of the GoldMiners Coaching staff. Doug will begin his second season on the GoldMiners coaching staff, with Head Coach Ryan leaning on Doug for stat trends and data as Coach Wood brings analytics into the mix.
Bolger, a Kirkland Laker and the youngest member of Coach Woods’ staff, of course grew up in the minor hockey system here, after 2 seasons with the KL Legion 87’s AAA Midgets, Doug moved on to the GMHL, where he spent 4 seasons, playing for the Powassan Dragons, Bobcaygeon Bucks & Temiskaming Titans.
Doug brings an enthusiasm & passion for the game that Coach Wood hopes spreads through the room like wildfire!
